Slow Cooker Turkey Chili

Last night, I threw together the following ingredients into the slow cooker.

  • 1 lb of ground turkey breast
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 can of black beans
  • 1 can of kidney beans
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 tbsp. of chili powder
  • salt

I put everything in the fridge until this morning. Before I left for work, I set the slow cooker for 6 hours on low.

Voila! With a couple of toasted corn tortillas, dinner is served!
