Some of you might have noticed that I’ve been eating a lot of tofu lately.
Well, I had a massive steak and potato craving this week. I was going to convince CJ to take me to a steakhouse this weekend, but I decided I couldn’t wait.
So I got these at the grocery store.
I also cut russet potatoes into wedges to make thick-cut fries.
And sauteed some spinach.
This was so yummy and MUCH cheaper than eating out!
Which do you prefer? Making your own steak at home or going to a steakhouse?
