I tried another ramen joint recently…Ramen-San.
Michaela highly recommended this place. She and her boyfriend go for dinner all the time, but she still wanted to go for lunch.
I had the “Shiitake”, with mushroom broth, fried shiitakes, and tofu. It was pretty good, but not as good as the mushroom-tofu ramen at Noodles by Takashi.
Michaela had the “Kimchi and Fried Chicken,” with pork broth, buttered corn, and a molten egg. It was REALLY good.
Do you guys like ramen? I typically find it a winter/cold weather meal, but I just can’t get enough this summer!
