How was your weekend? Meghan, Maya, Tina, and I started off the weekend by going to the Piece Brewery and Pizzeria in Wicker Park on Friday, and sharing a large pizza -1/2 pepperoni and green pepper, 1/2 sausage and mushroom.
Over the weekend, I also spent way too many hours browsing the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, watched Sherlock on Netflix, completed an arm workout Youtube video Tina posted about, (still sore!) and made roasted chickpeas.
- 1 can chickpeas, drained, rinsed, patted dry
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- chili powder
You can also use garlic salt, paprika, or any other seasoning you wish.
Roast at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
